How to connect my bottle for the first time

If you tried to connect your bottle for the first time and you couldn't do it, please follow the instructions below:

First of all check that your bottle is unplugged and try to connect again, when a rebo bottle is plugged, the app won't recognize it and won't be able to connect.

1) Delete and Re-install your REBO App
2) Check your Bluetooth is on
3) Plug the USB Type-C cable provided to the power and then plug into the bottle, wait 1 to 2 seconds and unplug it.
4) Try to connect the bottle

If this didn't work please follow the instructions on how to reset your bottle.

I want to change my hydration recommendation

You can do this by following this simple steps:

1) Open the REBO App
2) Go to the settings by clicking on the “cog icon” in the top right corner
3) Scroll down to the “Goal” section
4) Click on the “pencil icon”
5) Insert your new hydration plan

How to reset my bottle

To do this please follow the steps below or alternatively watch STEP 3 on this demo video we have created for you: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ajvUIrbtjTg

1) Make sure your rebo is fully charged
2) Make sure the bluetooth is on
3) Plug your REBO using a USB-C cable connected to power
4) When you see the orange LED light, turn REBO upside down (keeping the cable still connected) the bottle must be in a strictly 90 degree angle with the cap facing down and the cable still connected.
5) Tap firmly with your finger tips or knuckles in the center of the LED ring (while the bottle is still upside down) until you see the LED ring turning purple and flashing twice. Make sure you are not inclining the bottle when you do this otherwise it won't work. If the light doesn't turn purple after 2 taps, keep tapping continuously with your knuckles until it does.
6) Unplug your REBO
7) Open the REBO App and click on "Connect bottle"
8) If an error message comes up, simply plug your bottle to the power for a second and unplug right after, then click connect bottle. Make sure you UNPLUG your bottle before clicking connect, otherwise the app won't recognize it.

I lost my phone, how do I connect to a new phone?

If you lost access to the phone were the rebo bottle was connected, you can't unbound the bottle from the phone app so you need to RESET your bottle, just like you would reset a computer.

I want to see my hystorical hydration

You can do this by allowing access to Apple Health/Google Fit where the historical hydration levels will be stored. You can click on the Apple Health/Google Fit icon in the hydration screen and quickly access it.

Additionally, you can scroll down on the main page where the figurine is and you'll be able to see your water consumption under "Last activities". All your water intake will also transfer to your Apple health or Google Fit every 2 hours as long as your phone is on range.

I couldn't solve my issue with this information. How do I do?

1. User ID or email assigned to your REBO App
2. Phone model
3. Operative system
4. Versions: Go to settings, scroll down and you'll see 2 numbers. If you are also on an android device you will se a third number which is the bottle serial numner. Please provide as all available numbers.

1. Open the account
2. Go to settings
3. Click on the fish above your name
4. Click 3 times on the fish until you see the message pop up saying "logs sent succesfully" (it cant ake a few seconds)
