Where do I download the REBO App?

How do I know what activity level (1 - 5) to pick when setting up my REBO Hydration Tracker App?

Use this chart to determine your activity level.

Activity Level 1
Up to 400 calories burned
No significant physical activity

Activity Level 2
400 to 650 calories burned
30 minutes of non professional basketball

Activity Level 3
650 - 900 calories burned
30 minutes of bike riding + additional walking/stretching throughout the day

Activity Level 4
900 - 1,150 calories burned
60 minutes running + 45 minutes of stretching/yoga

Activity Level 5
More than 1,150 calories burned
90 minutes of active swimming

How do I know my personal information is kept private?

Personal information is handled in a fully anonymized way that is GDPR compliant. We believe the European GDPR is the strictest standard to guard your information, which is why we apply it everywhere.

Can I delete the water which was added to my hydration?

Unfortunately this is not possible in the current version of the app, but we are considering adding this feature.

Can I add water fountains to the map in the app?

Unfortunately this is not possible in the current version of the app, but we are working on adding this feature

Which mobile operating systems is the REBO App compatible with?

The REBO App is compatible both with iOS (11 and above) and Android (6 and above)

Once I set up the app, can I change my answers in the event that my personal characteristics evolve?

Yes. You can do this easily from the app settings, but If you link the app to Apple Health or Google Fit it will change dynamically if these apps are updated with the changes.

Can I manage the alerts in the app?

Yes, alerts on the bottle can easily be switched on and off in the settings screen of the app. You can also set the hours at which you are willing to receive the alerts.

For the time being you are not able to change the frequency of the alerts, but we are working on making it possible soon.

Can I connect multiple bottles to my app?

During this version of the App these are the connectivity options available:

1. 1 REBO Smart connected, Infinite REBO GO Paired
2. 1 REBO Go Paired
3. 1 REBO Smart Connected

More than 1 REBO Go can be paired only when a REBO Smart is connected to the app. Our team is working to improve this to other possibilities.

How do you calculate the bottles saved and bottles collected?

We have a proprietary anti-fraud algorithm that calculates your plastic savings, and is vetted by our certification agency Gold Standard (to learn more about the certification process click here)

Can I change/remove a water fountain in the app?

Unfortunately this is not possible today, but we are working on it.

How did you map all the water fountains in the app?

We use a user generated API which has mapped more than 230 thousand water fountains in the world and is regularly updated with new fountains.
