How much does the shipping cost?

Standard deliveries in European Union, Switzerland and United States:
- Free shipping for orders over 99 €
- 9€ for order below 99 €

Standard deliveries in any other country:
- Free shipping for orders over 199 €
- 16€ for orders over 99 €
- 19€ for order below 99 €

How long will it take to receive my order?

For standard deliveries in the European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland and United States, orders will take 4-5 business days to arrive.

For standard deliveries in any other country, orders will take between 7-20 business days to arrive.

Duties, fees and taxes?

Orders in European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland and United States are guaranteed to be free from import taxes or duties:
- All EU orders are shipped from within the European Union
- All Switzerland orders are shipped from Switzerland
- All USA orders are shipped from the USA

Other countries may require the payment of duties/taxes according to local laws

What packaging do you use for shipping?

Our packaging is made of recyclable and recycled cardboard, does not use any plastic, and is ship-ready to avoid unnecessary extra packaging.

How can I track my order?

After a few days the order is placed, you will receive an email from the carrier with the tracking information. If no email is received from the carrier in the next 2 days after order was placed, contact hello@rebo-bottle.com with your order details.

Can I change my delivery address after the purchase?

No, this is unfortunately not possible. Once you finalize your order it gets automatically sent to our logistics partner for fulfillment, so the address cannot be changed.

What should I do if the order arrives when I am not at home?

If carriers cannot find anyone at the indicated address, they will try to reach you through the phone number or email address provided at checkout. If this first attempt fails, the carrier may leave a communication at the door, so that a second delivery can be arranged according to your availability.

The second attempt is usually made the following day. If this delivery fails as well, and the carrier cannot get in contact with you, the order will be returned to the distribution center. After one week, if you do not contact the carrier, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
